What's on the tasting today?

Interested in doing the tasting?

Here are THREE GOOD REASONS you should!

This is the only place in Australia which offers such an experience - You taste and learn about a diverse collection of rare tropical fruit gathered from around the world, in ONE location at Cape Tribulation. Cape Tribulation may be the ONLY place where you can find and taste many of these fruit.

The tasting is more than ‘just a plate of fruit’. It is a professional and entertaining presentation, by knowledgeable guides, who introduce you to REALLY unusual fruit with strange names such as: chocolate pudding fruit’, ‘lemon meringue pie’, ‘crème caramel’ fruit – learn how each fruit grows, how to pick it, prepare and eat it, with stories on the history and uses of the fruit by different cultures.

. For a couple of hours you can 'live the dream' - escape the rat-race for a self sufficient, stress free lifestyle, in a tropical paradise, growing your own food organically, using permaculture principles, working in harmony with nature.

We finish at about 3.45pm and if you are heading back to Port Douglas, you should allow an hour and a half to drive this distance.

If you wish to combine the fruit tasting with a Jungle Surfing Canopy Tour, you can arrange to leave your car at the farm, and be picked up from our front gate at 3.30 for the tour.
