We live at Cape Tribulation and grow rare and exotic tropical fruit, and we also offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation, and an exotic fruit tasting farm tour. Cape Tribulation is located two hours drive north of Cairns, surrounded by World Heritage Daintree Rainforest, and adjacent to the Great Barrier Reef.

Cape Tribulation - where the Daintree rainforest meets the Great Barrier ReefOur Bed and Breakfast accommodation - two pole framed timber cottages - are built overlooking Wet Tropics World Heritage Daintree Rainforest and we are located only 10 minutes walk from the beach, at Cape Tribulation. Enjoy a sumptuous two course tropical fruit breakfast, served on your verandah. Exotic tropical fruit at Cape TribulationThe equatorial climate at Cape Tribulation means that we can grow rare and exotic tropical fruit from the Amazon, South East Asia and the Caribbean. We have more than 150 species of exotic tropical fruit collected from around the world, and our orchard at Cape Tribulation now has more than 2000 fruit trees. We run our farm on permaculture principles, with help from WWOOFAS.

Exotic Tropical Fruit Tasting - at Cape Trib Exotic Fruit Farm, Cape TribulationWe offer an exotic tropical fruit tasting and farm tour every day. This is a special experience and well worth a visit to Cape Tribulation. You taste at least 10 different rare and exotic tropical fruit in any season. The tasting lasts for an hour, and then you walk through the orchard. The climate at Cape Tribulation means we have rare and exotic tropical fruit available to taste all year.
