- 2 Abiu per person

Instructions
Cut
abiu in two, remove the seeds. Scoop
out the flesh into a glass bowl. Sprinkle
with a little lime juice to bring out the flavour. Chill
and serve.
[There's
not that much that you can do with an Abiu - it has a subtle flavour
which can be swamped when added to a fruit salad. It will oxidise
and go brown around the edges so the lemon juice can stop this happening.
When Abiu are in season, I eat this dessert with yoghurt for breakfast,
and it is wonderful.]
