large firm Jakfruit segments
1 cup chopped Jakfruit
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup chopped sultanas
1 cup chopped roasted almonds

Instructions
Choose a crunchy jakfruit rather than the 'slimy' variety for this
recipe, as the segments are easer to stuff and hold their shape.
Process
all the chopped fruit and nuts in a food processor. When
quite fine and holding together, stuff into each aril. Place
on a tray and chill.

Ebenson, which is more fancy - I have stripped it down to the basics.
A great finger food at a party. I think cream cheese would work
in the mixture as well, but I have yet to try it.]
We grow Jakfruit for windbreaks around
our orchard.
