yolks of 2 eggs,
1 and 1/2 cups SR flour
2 tablespoons of yellow sapote pulp
1/2 cup castor sugar.
1 cup coconut
whites of 2 eggs
butter and sugar to a cream, add yolks of eggs, then the flour.
out on oven slide, spread with yellow sapote pulp, then beat the
egg whites stiffly, add sugar and coconut, and spread over pulp.
20 minutes in a moderate oven, and cut in slices when cold
