ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Online Orders - We have a shopping cart system, courtesy of PAYPAL. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button to select what you want to buy. Return to the webpage to buy additional items, then follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely online.
Phone Orders - Give us a call on 07 4098 0057. Please have your order and your credit card details ready.
Fax Orders: Download a FAX BACK ORDER FORM, fill it out and then fax it back to us on 07 4098 0067. Sometimes our fax does not work because of the humidity, so if you don't receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please call us to check we received it.
Pricing is in Australian dollars and is GST inclusive.
Payment - We accept online payment by Mastercard and Visa, using the PayPal secure payment system. For fax and phone orders, payment options are Mastercard, Visa, bank deposit, money order or bank cheque.
Delivery - We live 1.5 hrs drive from the nearest post office, which we visit once a week, usually on Tuesday, to mail orders. We do not send items to a PO Box address.
International Orders - At the moment we do not send items overseas. If you want items sent overseas, email us with your request.
